SLT believes that the key themes are Positives: - Youth and drive - Commercial and finance - Sabb teams dedicated, and don't fall out like in other SUs - Made some progress and some impacts - Positive relationship with Sam and the Uni more broadly. - ESS is an opportunity - Supportive relationship with the officers. Negatives - Are we a SU? - Membership communications and engagement - Sabb role too large? - Are Sabbs representative(s) - We don't know what we stand for - Trustee turnover and lack of accountability - Poor relationships with some teams, eg Estates. - Poor impact reporting/ bad at celebrating success. - Not data driven - Staff spread quite thinly with single points of failure (Finance, HR). - How does our strategy link to Government work - B3 stuff - APP - threat to the organisation because of duplication by the Uni. - Student Voice - International stuff
