# Leadership Behaviour I hate - Cronyism - Command and control - Selfishness/ Political behaviours - Lack of empathy to those in junior positions (how you treat those who you don't have to be kind to is the greatest reflection of your character...) - Consolidation of power through bureaucracy - Lack of trust of subordinates - Underhandedness - [[Obsequious]] ## Questions for me - Why do I believe that I am more susceptible than others to the trappings of senior management? Why can't I concentrate on the people I see who do it SO well? - Why do I believe that senior leadership has to be unkind and/or aggressive, or a hostile environment? - How can we create a senior management team that isn't a hostile environment to its people? But still has standards and quick decision making? Probably one of the key questions of our time!
