## Overview
Implement the [[Tackling Loneliness Theory of Change]] through the 3 I's framework, moving from strategy to operational delivery. This project follows on from [[142.01 Tackling Loneliness Strategy]] which developed the [[Salford SU Tackling Loneliness Strategy (TLS)]].
## Background
### Aim
Operationalise the Tackling Loneliness Theory of Change to reduce student loneliness and build belonging at Salford.
### Objectives
1. Deliver the three interconnected pathways (Inform, Intervene, Influence)
2. Embed quarterly monitoring and evaluation
3. Challenge our assumptions through demographic monitoring
4. Maintain partnership with the University for joint delivery
## The 3 I's Framework
This project delivers through three interdependent strands:
