Intervene is one of the four interconnected pathways in the [[Tackling Loneliness Theory of Change]]. It works alongside [[Inform (Tackling Loneliness)|Inform]], [[Influence (Tackling Loneliness)|Influence]], and [[Iterate (Tackling Loneliness)|Iterate]]. ## Lead Tom ## Purpose This is about taking action, now that the community is informed.
